Pantoss

COMPOSITION  –  Pantoprazole – 40 mg.

Mechanism of Action – 

– Pantoss is a non-competitie inhibitor of H+ /k- At pase enzyme. 

– After aborption it enters the secretary comaliculli of parietal cell.

– Here it gets converted into sulfonamide and inhibits H+/k- At pase enzyme.

1. Peptic Ulcer
2. NSAID induced Ulcer
3. GERD
4. Hyperacidity
